The brief called for two Buddhist angels, infused with both Thai cultural elements and a touch of Art Deco/European influence. Drawing inspiration from Caryatids or Terminus—decorative figures used as architectural supports—I envisioned a Thai interpretation of these classical forms. The result is a harmonious blend of figurative and architectural elements, where the angels serve not only as divine figures but also as structural pillars.
